OUR PROCESS
We’ll start by choosing a menu that’s right for you and your event, whether it features appetizers, elevated cuisine, or just a simple, festive BBQ. We’ll make sure the food you choose will stay juicy and taste great, no matter the conditions.
Then we’ll discuss your service needs: easy local pick-up, quick delivery, or full service catering with servers, bartenders, and a personal event manager.
For larger events, we provide complete rentals, including linens, plates and cutlery, tents, tables and chairs–all offered in a variety of styles to fit the theme of your event.
Finally, we’ll discuss any special needs such as centerpieces, speciality cakes, sound equipment, custom displays, ice sculptures, and butler-passed hors d’oeuvres.
